Festival Stage of Winston-Salem will begin selling ticket packages for its three-play 2012-13 season this Monday, July 23. This is the first time that the professional theatre company, entering its third season, has offered season ticket packages.

Festival Stage’s season opens with Alfred Uhry’s Tony Award-winning comedy The Last Night of Ballyhoo, running Oct. 19-Nov. 4. Festival Stage will partner with Wake Forest University to present Moises Kaufman’s 33 Variations from Feb. 1-24, and will conclude the season with the Pulitzer Prize-winning drama Proof from May 10-26. All performances will take place at Hanesbrands Theatre (209 N. Spruce Street, Winston-Salem).
Season packages include one ticket voucher for each production. Season tickets to 8 p.m. performances (Friday and Saturday nights) are $90; season tickets good for weeknight and/or matinee performances are $60. Season tickets for the VIP Balcony seating package are $150.
Tickets for individual performances also go on sale July 23, with prices ranging from $12 to $35 depending on the performance and seating section. VIP Balcony packages, which include two tickets, a bottle of wine and a private bistro table, are $60 for all performances. Groups of 10 or more may receive discounts for Section A seating. Festival Stage will again offer a Theatre Party Package that includes group pricing and a private reception.
